The Council prepares an annual accounting statement which is externally audited. This summarises the council’s income and expenditure for the year and includes statements from the Council’s internal auditor.

Data Policies
A web accessibility statement is an information page on your website that clearly states the level of web accessibility to which the website aims to conform.
A Data Protection & Information Security Policy ensures sensitive data is protected, prevents breaches, and complies with regulations like GDPR
A privacy policy is a statement or legal document that discloses some or all of the ways a party gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a customer or client's data.

Statutory Documents
Standing Orders represent agreement among councillors and help the Chairman manage the meetings and prevent disagreement over how to conduct business. Standing Orders are regularly reviewed by the Parish Council, and updated when appropriate. An order required by law will be in bold.
Financial Regulations govern the conduct of financial management by the council and set out how the council meets its responsibilities. Like Standing Orders they are regularly reviewed and updated.
Commitments & Pledges
This details whether the council has signed the Civility and Respect pledge. This is a project between NALC, SLCC and OVW to help councils show their zero tolerance for bullying, harassment and intimidation in local councils.
