During this period, in accordance with the revised Code of Conduct, members of the Council who have a disclosable interest (but not a disclosable pecuniary interest) in an item on the agenda may also make representations, answer questions, or give evidence relating to that item.

a) To consider for approval the schedule of payments to be made by internet banking b) To note the 2025/2026 precept request has been completed and forwarded to Wychavon District Council. |

a) To note police report. b) To receive feedback from the recently held First Aid & Defib session. c) To note Severn Trent Water’s Community Fund is now available and to consider any projects that may fall within the criteria. d) To consider applying for funding for a defibrillator in Broad Marston. To note the streetlight on the junction of Priory Lane and Broad Marston Road has been damaged. Clerk has used delegated powers to authorise the repair. The Priory Lane sign was also damaged which has been reported to Wychavon District Council. |

To note drainage works are expected to take place on 24th February for 5 days in Town Pool Car Park. |
