The Minutes of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on Monday 2nd March 2026 at the Village Hall, Pebworth were considered and approved by the Council to be a true record of the meeting and were signed by the Chairman. |

1. The Council members noted and discussed several emails received regarding antisocial behaviour at Meon Way Gardens. |

1. Members noted the monthly reports – no works required at present. 2. To note and discuss the annual play area inspections – the inspections identified no issues with either of the play areas, with both found to be in good condition. 3. To discuss email requesting use of recreation field as parking for Pebworth in Bloom Open Gardens Weekend – this has been agreed – formal response will be sent. |

1. Update: Quote has been received from Brody Planning – additional quotes will be sought for NDP also additional meeting with Brodie Planning. |
